After completing your transaction on frigidairestore.com, an email with the order confirmation details will be sent to your specified email address. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with an UPS tracking code that will update you with the status of your order.
How Do I Exchange An Item?
If you would like to exchange an item, we ask that you reorder the item online and handle your original purchase as a return for refund. This will ensure you receive the item you are looking for in the event we are out of stock before we receive your return.
How do I return a product?
We will accept returns of unused merchandise in its original protective packaging within 30 days of your order date. Credit will be issued in the same form of payment used for purchase. There will be no refunds given for returns made after 30 days from order. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.
To return or exchange an item, simply call us at 1-888-360-8558 Monday through Friday from 8:00AM-5:30PM EST, Saturdays from 9AM-6PM EST. You will need your name, address and order number.
We will then mail or email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to fill out and include with your returned item. Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail to the address indicated on the return form (please DO NOT return to the original shipping location). This service is offered by UPS, USPS, FedEx and other carriers
Please allow a processing time of 7 to 10 business days for refunds. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from us. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.
Receipt Refusal of Shipment
Please note that a refusal of receipt of a shipment (unless approved in advance) is considered a return and the cost of the actual freight to have the package returned will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping error / damaged merchandise:
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect or damaged item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please call us at 1-888-360-8558 Monday through Friday from 8:00AM-5:30PM EST. You will need your name, address and order number. We will then mail or email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to fill out and include with your returned item. We will also issue you a return shipping label and provide instructions for pick up or drop off.
